As soon as you are done, please create a ticket at support.freemake.com and provide the following data:
1. a description of your issue;
2. your email address that you used to make a payment.
3. the date of your payment (day/month/year).
4. your name
5. If you paid via PayPal, please provide your transaction ID. You can find your unique transaction ID in the PayPal automatic email that you got after a successful transaction or in your PayPal account if you used this payment option.
