In case you bought a Freemake key and it doesn't work, please follow the steps below:
1. Update Freemake software.
2. Make sure you insert your key into a right Pack field. Please note that a key is valid for a corresponding Pack only. For example, you can't activate the Gold Pack with the Subtitles Pack key.
If you don't know what key you have, please check the email with the key. You'll see a Pack name in the title and in the body of the email.
3. Make sure you've not activated the key before. The key can be activated twice on one PC only.
4. Whether you,
- updated the software;
- upgraded the PC;
- changed the PC;
- reinstalled Windows;
you might get a message that your key has already been activated. In this case, create a ticket at support.freemake.com and request a key reactivation.
To request a key reactivation, please select "I can't activate my key anymore" as your issue type. Please don't forget to provide your key or payment details - see Step 6 here
Please note that we won't reactivate your key if you:
- got a refund for it
- the key has expired.
