What is the Gold Pack?

Is the license lifetime?

There are two types of license: one is available for one year, the other is a lifetime. Please note that in both cases the Gold Pack key can be used on one PC only. To use the Gold Pack on more PCs, you should buy a respective number of keys. 

If you get a one year license, you’ll have to renew it after one year. Otherwise, the key will be blocked.

An unlimited license is a one-time purchase. You won’t have to pay anything anymore!

Is the VAT included in the price?

No. All the prices you see in the software come without VAT. It’ll be added to your purchase during the payment procedure.

I bought the Gold Pack. Where is my license code?

The license code will come to the email connected to your PayPal account or provided by you during the payment procedure. Please be attentive and don’t make any mistakes in your email address.

Can I use Gold Pack for business needs?

No. For business needs, please get the business license, which includes Gold and Subtitles Packs: www.freemake.com/business

Keep in mind that we don’t provide invoices for the Gold Pack.

Can I use the Gold Pack to activate other Freemake Packs?

No. With the Gold Pack key, you can activate only the Gold Pack features. The Subtitles Pack for Freemake Video Converter and the Premium Pack for Freemake Video Downloader require their own keys.

I don’t like the Gold Pack. Can I get a refund?

Keep in mind that we don’t refund accidental purchases if you just don’t like the Pack. Neither do we refund the difference between a usual price and a special promo offer. For example, if you got the Gold Pack key for $9.99 and the next day saw a special promo offer for $2.99, please don’t ask us to return your $7. It’s not possible.

I lost my Gold Pack key/I don’t have my old PC with the Gold Pack anymore. What should I do?

If you don’t have access to your key anymore, create a ticket at our support desk with the following details:

• Your key number
• If you don’t have your key number, please let us know your full name, email used for the purchase, a purchase date, and your transaction ID.

I updated/reinstalled the Windows OS and can’t activate the key anymore. What should I do?

If you activated the key with your email, try to insert the key this time. If you activated the Gold Pack with the key number, please insert the email you used to purchase the key.

In case it doesn’t help, please create a ticket at our support desk with the following details:

Subtitles Pack

What is the Subtitles Pack?

Subtitles Pack is a set of additional features for Freemake Video Converter.

The Subtitles Pack doesn’t contain all possible world subtitles. It only lets you edit font and size of your existing subtitles file in .SRT format.

Where can I get the Subtitles Pack?

1. Download Freemake Video Converter here and run it. Then go to “Help” tab and click “Subtitles Pack” link. Choose a type of license that you want to get. You’ll be forwarded to a payment page where you can pay using Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, PayPal or any other option available in your country.

Alternatively, you can click "Buy" on one of the offers that appear in Freemake Video Converter.

2. Then we will send you an automatic email with an activation key for Freemake Subtitles Pack to the email address you provided in the payment data.
3. If you have many mail addresses and forgot which one you provided, please check all of them.
4. Please make sure, that the address is working properly and allowed to get emails from all recipients.
5. Check spam and trash folder of the provided mail.
6. When your mail address is set to get a manual verification, our email can’t be delivered. Please turn off this option for a while.
7. Copy the key from the email. Make sure you copied only the key without additional spaces.
8. Open Freemake Video Converter.
9. Go to Help-> Subtitles Pack-> Click “I already have a key”->Insert your key in a field->Click "OK." See the message that you've activated Subtitles Pack. The key will remain in the field. Please don't try to insert the key multiple times.

Where can I get the Premium Pack?

1. Download Freemake Video Downloader here and run it. Then go to the “Help” tab and click “Premium Pack” link. Choose a type of license that you want to get.
