Using Freemake Subtitles Pack you can't change subtitles font for DVD and .TS files with hard subs (subtitles that can't be switched on).
For DVD and .TS files with subtitles you can change only subtitles size: make subtitles larger or smaller.
If you have text subtitles which are supported but you still can't change its font, please create a ticket and be ready to provide subtitles file for testing.
