I can’t install Freemake Video Converter. I get a DLL error message. What should I do?

1. If upon installation you see a DLL error message, first of all try to do what is stated on the message. For example, click “Retry” button as advised on the screenshot below.

2. If the "Retry" button doesn't help to install Freemake Video Converter and you still see DLL error message, please try a complete reinstallation of all Freemake software.

3. If it doesn’t help, please go to http://www.dependencywalker.com/ and get the version of Dependency walker for your system. Go to the .dll file from your screenshot. You can see the path on the error message. Open this .dll file in the Dependency Walker and go to File->Save as. Please send us the created file.
